Barrie has already implemented a year-long fitness programme across his three salons, but he wants to roll out the concept to the entire industry via the web.
Every month a new topic will be posred on the “Fit4business” section at www.barriestephen.co.uk, including advice on easy exercises, healthy eating and how to quit smoking. The information will be prvoded by personal trainer Ian Roberts, who works with the Barrie Stephen team on a monthly basis.
