Voodou Training has built a strong reputation throughout Liverpool since forming in 2010. Rob Webb, managing director of Voodou Training said: "The Team and I are delighted to have won this award as it is fantastic recognition for everyone involved. It’s great that we have benn able to hel so many of the city’s young people to find work and follow their career aspirations. Initially, our target was to recruit 100 trainers, but the interest that we received was overwhelming and as a result, we have expanded our training arm more than even before." In the past eight weeks, the company has signed up 150 young people, between the ages of 16 to 24, who will now embark on a 12-month training scheme in hairdressing and barbering. |
