Cambiamenti in P&G USA

CINCINNATI, giugno 2009. 
Il Consiglio di Amministrazione di THE PROCTER & GAMBLE ha comunicato  i seguenti cambiamenti organizzativi:

  • A.G. Lafley, (61 anni), Chairman of the board e e Chief Executive Officer, acquisisce la responsabilità a tempo pieno di Chairman of the board, con effetto dal 1 luglio 2009.
  • Robert A. McDonald, (55 anni), attualmente Chief Operating Officer, è stato eletto Presidente e Chief Executive Officer, a decorrere dal 1 luglio 2009. McDonald è stato inoltre nominato membro del Board of Directors di P&G.
