L’Oréal is turning its attention to satisfying the need of its local consumers in Russia by setting up an Academy in Moscow to train more than 20,000 beauty professionals every year. Claudio Cavicchioli, managing director of L’Oréal Russia, said that the Training Academy and Evaluation Center demonstrate our commitment to innovation and education. The new Academy is a training and education center mainly dedicated to professionals such as hairdressers, beauty advisors and pharmacists, and aims to offer 100 training sessions every month. The response of the Russian consumers is even greater than expected.
